The cottage is of exceptional quality with large oak beams and wonderful large open fireplace and also electric heaters. The front of the cottage overlooks the lake and is made of glass from floor to ceiling as is one side, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the tree-lined lake.

With the sun setting at the far end of the lake in the evenings it creates a wonderful atmosphere whether you are fishing or enjoying a quiet break with your family.

   
The accommodation is of a high standard and comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds suitable for children.
 
There is a large open plan living area, with a fully equipped kitchen area including gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and bathroom. There is also a washing machine in the garage.
 

The lounge has a TV with selected satellite channels, DVD with DVD library, books and magazines.

The beautiful village of Le Pertre is just five minutes drive away and is only one of a number of medieval towns in the area.The village has all the shops you would need: bakers, small food store, butchers, bars, tabac, and chemist.
